Shy's Henna Art provides professional henna application services in the Orlando, FL area. Services include but are not limited to bridal henna, event henna, and custom designs. All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed through direct communication after an inquiry is submitted.
2. Bookings & Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once both parties have agreed on the date, service details, and any applicable deposit has been received.
We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our sole discretion.
3. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your booking date. Deposit amounts and payment terms will be communicated directly at the time of confirmation. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
5. Health & Safety
Natural henna is generally safe for most skin types. However, we do not use black henna or any products containing PPD (paraphenylenediamine), which can cause adverse reactions. It is your responsibility to notify us of any known skin sensitivities or allergies prior to your appointment.
By proceeding with a henna service, you acknowledge awareness of these considerations and agree that Shy's Henna Art is not liable for any reactions resulting from undisclosed sensitivities.
6. Intellectual Property
All henna designs, photographs, and content featured on this website are the property of Shy's Henna Art. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission.
We may photograph completed henna work for use in our portfolio and on social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before your appointment.
7. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Any attempt to interfere with the operation of this website is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
